1. Initial Consultation Fee

• Non-Refundable: The initial consultation fee of $99 is non-refundable once the consultation service has been provided, initiated, or scheduled. This fee covers the cost of connecting you with a licensed medical professional for evaluation and does not guarantee a prescription for (GLP-1).

2. GLP-1 Products / Medication

• General Policy: All Sales Final: Due to the personalized nature of compounded medications and federal regulations governing prescription pharmaceuticals, all sales of (GLP-1) products/medication are generally final once the prescription has been processed and the medication dispensed by the compounding pharmacy.
• Exception for Prescription Denial: A refund for (GLP-1) products/medication will only be issued if the prescription for the medication is denied by the licensed medical professional during your consultation.
  
  • If a prescription is denied, and payment for the medication portion has already been processed, Peptide RX Shop LLC will issue a full refund for the product/medication cost. Please note that the initial consultation fee remains non-refundable.
• No Refunds for Change of Mind or Adverse Reactions: We are unable to offer refunds for (GLP-1) due to a change of mind, discontinuation of treatment, or the occurrence of side effects/adverse reactions. We strongly encourage you to discuss all potential risks and benefits with your prescribing physician before commencing treatment.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at Peptidesrxshop@gmail.com or 775-900-7764 within [e.g., 48 hours, 3 business days] of receipt. We will work with you and the compounding pharmacy to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement of the product at no additional charge.

3. Refund Processing

• If a refund is approved based on the conditions above, it will be processed to the original method of payment.
• Please allow [e.g., 5-10 business days] for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment processor.
